Are NutréLux Beauty products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All our products are free from preservatives, colorants, emulsifiers, and synthetic fragrances, making them safe even for sensitive or irritated skin.

Do your products contain fragrance?

No — our products are completely free from synthetic fragrances and harmful additives. We never use phthalates, synthetic musks, parabens, petroleum solvents, formaldehyde releasing agents, petroleum derivatives, or chemical fixatives such as DEHP or DEHA. Every scent we create comes solely from naturally derived, steam distilled botanicals, flowers, and plant extracts and oils. Our formulations are also free from solvents, artificial stabilizers, preservatives, and known allergens that can irritate the skin or disrupt hormones.

Why must my creams need to be stored at room temperature?

Because we do not use synthetic stabilizers or emulsifiers, our creams are more sensitive to temperature changes. Exposure to heat or cold may cause them to soften, melt, or naturally separate, which can slightly alter their appearance or texture. However, this is completely normal and does not affect the quality, potency, or effectiveness of the product in any way.

Are your products eco-friendly and cruelty free?

Absolutely. Tallow is a sustainable, zero-waste ingredient. By repurposing fat that would otherwise go to waste, we reduce our carbon footprint and support ethical, mindful consumption. Furthermore, all our animal products are certified halal, which requires all animals must be treated with compassion, respect, and minimal suffering, ensuring they are healthy, well cared for, and humanely handled before and during slaughter in accordance with ethical requirements. Our products are never tested on animals.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package. Due to hygiene and safety standards, all soaps are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please email us if you would like to initiate your return at info@nutreluxbeauty.com or fill out the form below.

Why do I see oils separating at the top or bottom of my cream?

Because we do not use synthetic stabilizers or emulsifiers, our creams may naturally separate if exposed to extreme temperatures. This separation is completely normal for pure, natural formulations and does not affect the quality, performance, or benefits of the product.

Why do my soaps look different from my previous purchases?

Each of our soaps is handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, so slight variations in color, shape, or texture are completely normal. These unique differences are part of the beauty of artisanal craftsmanship — rest assured, the quality, performance, and benefits to skin health remain exactly the same with every bar.
